Sets up and operates manual machine tools and CNC machine tools to fabricate advanced machined parts to sketches and drawings based on process capabilities (digital readout accuracy, tooling, methodology), fit with mating parts, +/- .005 tolerances (frequently), +/- .003 tolerances (occasionally), and to +/- .0005 tolerances (infrequently). Parts are typically for prototype use, specialized machines, and limited in quantity. Occasionally parts are manufactured for deliverable items.
Requirements:
Education/
Experience: Journeyman Machinist Certificate from an apprenticeship program plus at least a minimum of ten years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Possess advanced knowledge in a specialized area such as Pro/Engineer, Complex Surfacing, Precision Welding, Tool & Die Making, Molding, Supervision, and/or general knowledge in multiple specialized areas.
Language Ability: To read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and internal memos.
Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings of complex parts that includes Bill of Materials and 3D surfaces.
Ability to fluently program applicable CNC controllers for machining.
Certificates and Licenses: (See Education/Experience Above.)
Equipment: Milling machines, lathes, saws, drill presses, shears, grinders, torches, drills, and welding equipment.
Vision must be 20/20 or better (correction with glasses is acceptable) and able to detect small defects at close distances.
Must be able to work on Government Programs (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
